Based on marginalised young people’s joint analysis of being marginalised, this output illustrates similarities and differences across national contexts.
The acitivity is based on marginalised young people’s joint analysis of being marginalised, and it will thus illustrate both similarities and differences across the national contexts. This output will contribute a substantial analysis of how barriers and opportunities are distributed in the lives of marginalised young people.
The IO2 joint analytic work is based on work in each national context. In each country, the researchers and the partner organisations will hold and prepare local workshops with the youth at risk, who will elaborate on their local conditions and social reality. These local analyses will form the basis for the transnational workshops with marginalised youth from the three participant countries and it is within this transnational workshop the joint analytic work will be developed.
It is rare that highly marginalised youth are brought together across nations to share their own analyses of their life conditions and opportunities and to offer their suggestions for appropriate change. This output is therefore extremely innovative and holds strong potential for direct impact and transferability.
The methods used in each contry is further described under the headline Participatory Planning
